Customers Who Registered for a Subscription Through the App

When Switching Devices Within the Same OS

If you are signed in to the store with the same Apple ID or Google Account used at the time of registration, you can restore your purchase information on your new device.

  • Install the Picrew app on your new device
  • Log in to Picrew with your registered user ID and password, then tap My Page
  • Tap “Register” under “Subscription” on My Page
  • Tap “Restore previous subscription” at the bottom of the screen to restore your purchase information

When Switching Devices to a Different OS

If your subscription information is linked to your Picrew account, you can continue using your subscription by logging in to the same Picrew account on your new device.

However, cancellation procedures must be completed through the store where you registered for the subscription. If you registered through the iOS app, cancel through the App Store. If you registered through the Android app, cancel through Google Play.

If you do not have a Picrew account, you cannot transfer your subscription registration between different operating systems.
Please cancel your subscription before switching devices. For cancellation instructions, please see here.

After switching devices, please register for a subscription again on your new device.

Customers Who Registered for a Subscription Through the Web

Your purchase information is linked to the Picrew account you used when registering. By logging in to the same account on your new device, you can continue using your subscription.
