Duplicate billing with an Apple ID

If you have a duplicate subscription under the same Apple ID, the system will “upgrade” your plan and automatically refund the difference.
Please follow the steps below to confirm that you have received your refund.

  1. Open the “Settings” application on your device.
  2. Tap your username (name/Apple ID) at the top of the screen
  3. Tap “Media and Purchases.”
  4. Tap “View Account
  5. Enter password or Touch ID/Face ID
  6. Tap “Purchase History” on the account screen
  7. In the “Picrew” section of the list of items, you will see the word “Refunded”.

a.Check your Google Play order details email.
You will find your order number in the e-mail sent to you with the following address and title for the relevant order.

b.Check with Google Payment Center
Access to http://pay.google.com/
Sign in to your Google account
Select the appropriate Picrew order from the list of payments
You can check your order number starting with GPA
