Error when trying to register a subscription

In case of iOS

The following events are possible causes.
We would appreciate it if you could check for any of the following.

  • The app is not the latest version.
  • Payment information is not registered in your Apple ID.
  • There is a problem with the payment method set in your Apple ID.
  • The communication environment is not stable.
  • You have previously registered a subscription to another Picrew account under the same Apple ID
  • A different account than the Picrew account used for subscription registration, logged in and tied to the Picrew account.

In case of Android

The following are possible causes.
Please check for any of the following.

  • The application is not the latest version.
  • There is a problem with the payment method registered in your Google account.
  • Communication environment is not stable
  • Device settings (date, time, country) are incorrect.
  • You have previously registered a subscription to another Picrew account with the same Google account.
  • You are logged in and connected to a different Picrew account than the Picrew account you had when you registered for the subscription.
